Learn exactly how to find and reach out to real local businesses that need a new website.
WHY NOW
Gary Vee Says a Beginner Can Sell
a Business a Website for $500.
And it takes minutes to build.
Watch Gary Vee
“Hey, I'll build you a new website. Your website's old.” … “500 bucks.”
Gary Vaynerchuk, AI will make millionaires
under 25 years old (YouTube, Oct 2025)
Businesses used to pay agencies thousands of dollars for a website. Now one person with AI can build the same thing in an afternoon.
Gary sees the opportunity. What he doesn't show you is how: which tool, which prompts, which clicks.
That's what this course is. I build a real business website on screen, start to finish, and you copy every click.

Most People Learn About AI,But Never Make Money With It.
You watch videos, save prompts, and try tools,
but don't know what to sell, who to sell it to, or how to get a client.
Watching
endless tutorials.
You consume hours of content,
but still feel stuck.
Trying tools without
building anything.
You jump from one AI tool to another,
but never create a real project.
Never turning skills
into something sellable.
You learn interesting stuff,
but it never leads to paying clients.
There’s a better way.

Hi, I'm Eric.
I've spent years building websites, both for my own business and for other brands. Over the last few years I've spent a lot of time learning more about AI tools and how they completely transform how I can create.
I moved from Boston to Southeast Asia, and now have my own app connecting travelers with the best nightlife venues in Thailand. Building something on my own like this simply wasn't possible even just 1-2 years ago. Now I can think of an idea, plan it, build it, and market it all by myself, by using just a few AI tools.
And that's where the opportunity is now: a complete beginner can build the kind of website or app that used to cost thousands of dollars, and they can do it in an afternoon. Most people just don't know how to get started, what to build or who to sell it to — and that's exactly what we set out to solve with this program.
